Description :
Colorless to white crystalline or crystalline powder, odorless. The relative density is 2.338. Easily soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol. The aqueous solution is acidic, and the PH of 2.7% aqueous solution is 4.2-4.7. Stable in air.
Application:
It is used in industry as a buffer and a culturing agent, as well as as a flavoring agent for the synthesis of sake by bacterial culturing agent, as a raw material for the production of potassium metaphosphate, as a culturing agent, a strengthening agent, a leavening agent and a fermentation assistant for brewing yeast, and as a highly efficient phosphorus potassium compound fertilizer in agriculture.
