Description :Acesulfame Potassium occurs as a white, free-flowing crystalline powder. It is freely soluble in water and very slightly soluble in ethanol.
The full name of Acesulfame-K is acesulfame potassium, also known as AK sugar, white crystalline powder. The sweetness of Acesulfame-K is about 200 times of sucrose (3% solution), it has no peculiar smell, no moisture absorption, high water solubility, and good stability to heat and acid.
